An amazing time with amazing #women and fitness. This year has been a rollercoaster #health wise. I'm discovering new things about myself that are good and will put me into a better place in the future than if was ignorant to a few things and for that I am thankful.

Fitness is tough and I'm glad for friends like Angele who have a sincere passion for pushing others to be better themselves. I don't know where she gets the energy and stamina from but it sure is inspiring.

I enjoy with working with others especially in these types of settings. For me it brings back memories of being on a team running track or dancing with the marching band. Women banding together with a common goal, here it's fitness and health awareness.
