When I draw it gives me immediate relief and for me is a coping skill I use when I dive deep into myself and become very still. Drawing allows me to shut off the entire world and focus. It's the same high as music but different. I have such an appreciation for art as a whole and hope you get where I'm coming from. As you can see I'm quite far behind... I've got quite a few months to catch up on. I'll post each time on social media when there's an addition.
