Looking for inspiration or an accountability partner?
Let me know. Granted this entire workout takes me about 45min... we only need to commit to 20-30 lets say about 4 times a week to give ourselves time to recover.
Working out on a consistent basis is no easy plight but if we lean each other, truly checking in we can make it happen together.
I want to make this a part of my lifestyle and not only during the warmer months. I mainly do my workouts outdoors since I don't have a gym membership. Soon I'd like to have a resistance band to add extra tension.
Its only been 1 day (two days ago - and it doesnt take much) to see a change. I pray for contentment and consistency.
